Hi,

 

I quit Zoloft 3 weeks ago. Everything is great but it has now given me premature ejaculation.

Before I was a king in the sack, now it's completely different.

 

Wanna try SAMe as I hear it can lower histamine levels and increase serotonin.

i'm wondering, how long do I have to wait before I start supplementing with this?

Can I start now or do I have to wait x amount of months?

You could start now. But it doesn't lower histamine and it may or may not increase some neurotransmitters. What are you looking to use it for?
