Oh, and the markers seem to point in the right direction too, but they don't vary much with glutathione either, I would still need to see tissue samples being done.
What about enteric coatings? They apparently have several parts of the GI tract that can be targeted.

My regimen for collagen and elastin production and being healthy in general after more than a year of accumulated knowledge comes down to this. You can call me vain but I like to take care of my skin, everyone should have a skin regimen- this is mine:
I have others in my regimen, but I'm not purchasing them at the moment since I'm stocked but i'll list it at the bottom.

Plum Juice may have galactose in it. Maria Konovalenko's antiaging or longevity cookbook makes a good case against foods with galactose. Also not for those who are lactose intolerant. Carnosine can help clean up the glycation caused by the galactose though. What do you think of taking glycine?

Hmm interesting i didn't know that, thanks for the info. I heard good things about glycine but I haven't researched it enough to talk about it personally- I know some protein shakes might have it the one i take does so that's a plus.
Feel free to add to this list, i'm sure there's hundreds or even thousands of supplements to be researched.
