It looks like it's less expensive to take TAs in higher doses across the board. How much more effective are higher doses? Is twice the dose twice the activation and so forth? Or are the higher doses required in older people who are less able to absorb it?

I guess the question is really, is there a better cost benefit to taking higher doses less frequently? I think I'd rather take the higher doses infrequently or for a month here and there or just get a years worth and do it every other year or something like that. I'm looking for maximized results.
