I honestly have learned so much.. and I continue to learn more and more about staying healthy.. theres always something I learn from here- I can honestly say- using what I've learned I've stayed healthier.
I've always been generally healthy because I never pressured myself to drink or smoke once, and now I'm learning all this new stuff that not even experts know.. hey experts don't know eveyrthing either.
Anyways it's great, just wanted to vent my enthusiasm on here somehow haha. Carry on
