Hello

I would like to share my experience with running or jogging whatever you like.

I started to excersise running the previous fall and I'm quite doing good on my 5km runs.

My current time is 22 minutes for 5km run and in the begining it was around 30 minutes.

Now I am about to start 8 km runs.

I noticed that after let's say two days in a row of running the next day I become very aroused and hyper.

It's hard to deal with this high energy states, I become way too horny, a bit agressive, my mind is racing and don't know how to calm the f down. So I use GABA agonists like Phenibut or Diazepam. If I drink coffee I become almost manic. What I would like to know is how to calm down after running excercises and what is the best stack for recovery? I can't use GABA supplements all the time because of tolerance, possible addiction etc. I guess some micro inflamations mess up something in my body and mind but really I don't know what happens.

What do you think it's the optimal frequency for jogging? If I run daily, it's a bit over stimulating for me. I feel like I own the world and If I don't get enough sex or social interaction it's hard for me to maintain normal state of mind, I become a bit destructive.

On the contrary, if I don't run for some time I feel sluggish and prone to bad feelings and frustration.

I guess I'm addicted to running.  If you have any similar experiences or advices how to get the most of running please share

Sounds like a hormonal response, most likely increased testosterone and/or decreased cortisol (testosterone antagonist) due to exercise. Caffeine can increase the hormonal effect, as can some other supplements.

For health benefits, running 3-4 times per week seems to be quite close to optimal.
