I'm very consistent with my excercises, but when do I take a break compared to when not?

Right now I feel worn out, I could do my walk but don't know how to determine that. I usually go no more than 1 consecutive break after a 3 day period. But im not sure, any advice??

If you are feeling worn out and run down, it could very well be that your body needs a break.

I lift weights 4 days per week, cardio at least 3 days per week (generally 4 though), and do other physical demanding regularly like surfing. I go at all of that very hard. At 40 years of age, it seems like I need a good solid week off every 3 months or so.
