links and ingredient lists would be awsome...

shampoo:
jason sea kelp shampoo

body soap:
chandrika ayurveda soap

face soap:
daytime: proactive solution (full of chemical garbage, but its one of the only things that keeps my skin clear)

nighttime: derma-E clear skin 1 cleanser, clear skin 3 moisturizer, papaya & soymilk toner

i use different things in the day(benzoil peroxide based cleansers) and in the night(tea tree & citricidal based cleansers) in the night... i find that switching up leaves my face MUCH more clear. my guess is that switching up prevents bacterial resitance?

toothpaste:
jason powersmile

deodorant:
i still use old spice high endurance(deodorant, NOT antipersirant)... ive tried every natural deodorant available and nothing lasts more than a few hours. my guess is b/c old spice has triclosan in it.

Shampoo
Holista Tea Tree Oil Shampoo

Body Soap:
Nutribiotic non-soap cleanser or Pears soap (the fruit scent Nutribiotic does not have aloe; aloe can increase AGEs in skin). I add matcha to the Nutribiotic cleanser.

Face
DermaMed Acne Wash A 2% salicylic wash w/o the junk of Neutrogena et al. I bought some alpha lipoic acid powder from Beyond a Century and I add a little bit of this to the cleanser sometimes.

Dental
Currently I alternate Colgate or Crest, depending on which is in which bathroom. I use Listerine Tartar Control and I use a Butler FlossAid because otherwise I won't floss.

Deodorant
Haha, I too have tried a bunch of natural deodorants. The nearest I could come to finding an effective one was to use the Jason men's deodorant and add a drop of liquid grapefruit seed extract onto it before applying. Now I just use the non-antiperspirant Arm and Hammer. http://www.ahultramax.com/products/ One of those.

Lotion I have some Avalon CoQ10 lotion. Sometimes when I apply it I add a bit of idebenone powder (also from BAC). Unfortunately aloe vera gel is the first ingredient in this lotion. I wrote to the company about aloe's AGE-increasing effect and they said something about how it has been used for centuries to soothe the skin. Blah Blah. I'll have to find a new lotion soon.

edit: here is the thread on LEF forums re aloe: http://forum.lef.org...px?f=38&m=17177

I use hibiclens (4% Chlorhexidine) to wash my face and body.

I also use chlorhexidine mouthwash every other day, every other time it's listerine.

This reminded me when this was ex-Yugoslavia, communist country. You'd go to store and there was one brand of soap, one brand of lotion, one brand of milk and so on. No worries, no thinking, you just buy what you need without worrying is this better than that. Now it takes me 20min just to pick toothbrush. Good old times ;)

quad, how'd you get a picture to look like that of all your favourite things?

Anyway, I don't pick out that stuff right now, my mom does. I guess it is a decision to look into once I move out. Some are healthier than others or something...

ajnast4r, good brands! Definitely Jason, and Derma E.

Stop on using aluminum containing deo's (or take chlorella to at least flush them). Look for deodorants which are based on the mineral salt Potassium Sulfate (Potash Alum) 12-Hydrate. it's BOTH antiperspirant and deodorant.

I found one for only 2$ (it's 3$ now) + 2$ shipping @ ebay, this is the one i use as an antiperspirant. this one crystal can last for a year. the effect of one application can last up to a day. it lasts for me about 2 days or so lol. sweet, isn't it!

other similar prods: http://search.ebay.c...rty=MetaEndSort

but i think the odor problem may be totally relieved through probiotics, no?

I should use photoshop :) No use taking pics of my stuff though, its changes all the time. By usinga variety of products, I figure I'm pretty balanced. I don't really care much about things like shampoo, in fact I'd do away with it completely ifI could. I like the feeling of oily hair, I feel it is healthier for me anyway, though I don't mind getting it wet from a shower, I don't see why I should wash it.

Lately I've been questioning soap too. I think Hot Water is probably pretty good. I'm not about to give it up, but I do wonder.

Don't use deodorant.

I brush my teeth 1-2 times a day, floss usually every day, occasionally missing a day if my gums or sore or I'm very tired. I use an electric toothbrush, and intensively clean everywhere. I find I still have to use my fingernail to scrape off plaque though, it just gathers anyway. It makes me really doubt the effectiveness of toothbrushes, and this whole bias against abrasive toothpastes. What's wrong with abrasive toothpastes? My fingernail is far more abrasive.

Also the more unhealthy you are the more time it takes to get fully clean. during the time you clean yourself you wasted energy and it could build up again..

that's why you can eat less bad food drugs etc before feeling sick
