I was once researching a lot about nootropics for a presentation. That was long ago, but my interest started to rise again.
So I decided to try nootropics on my own to experience what it can offer.
I ordered the following substances from BulkPowders:
[BulkPowders' recommended daily dose]
(1) Choline-Bitartrate [3 x 700mg per day]
(2) DMAE [2 x 250mg per day]
(3) L-Tyrosine [1-2 x 1g per day]
(4) Caffeine pills [on demand]
(5) Omega 3 Fishoil Caps [2 x 2 Caps per day]
Now my questions, because I am a beginner concerning the use of such supplements:
[1] Which one should I try first and in which dose?
[2] Which stack combinations can you recommend for which purpose and which combos are not recommended?
[3] Which experiences did you have with which supplement/stack?
My goal is to learn more focused and keep more in my brain as well as having a clear brain during my university exams (in 3 weeks).
