I like a mystery and this looks botanical/herbal.....?

It is completely available online somewhere, i took a look at it and i wonder how they know what are capital letters and what are small ones, and how they found out how many there are, because for me it looks like the whole thing was written by some one who had a very bad hand writting (just like me).

They say it is very likely to be a sylable based script.

I would like to know if someone found words in that book which are repeatedly used a wordlist could help to narrow down the possible languages if this is not a completely made up language used by few cult members.

It's likely to be.  It's worth a look just for the mystery.
