im starting 5htp tomorrow which is combined with magnesium and b6 in one
Capsule.. Is that good?
But what is the best?
Many people in the internet say i would need egcg ..
Other sites say phenylalanin amino is recommendable to take with 5htp..
And additionaly a b-komplex...
I dont know what to watch out for :-/
