This link http://www.counterag...ol Capsules.pdf suggests enteric is the way to go
TA65 claims there's is more bioavailable, but the ingredients declared for both versions don't list anything that would enhance bioavailability. You think they enteric coated the active ingredient powder? Or micronize it or add some undeclared bioavailability enhancer?
Crackaging claims theirs is more bioavailable and they list chitosan as an ingredient that they say helps it get past the stomach acid, and they claim also that Cycloastragenol is fat soluble which limits bioavailability and that either the chitosan or something somehow influences that too.
This link http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/20877137 suggests first pass liver metabolism limits oral bioavailability. What would help overcome that? Would bioperine or some other liver enzyme modifier help?
Like would putting 98% Cycloastragenol in an enteric capsule containing hypromellose phthalate along with an ethoxylated mono and diglyceride wax (solid emulsifier at room temp, but melts at body temp) with a pinch of bioperine (or whatever liver enzyme modifier that would help Cycloastragenol get through the liver) or something along those lines work?
