I'm in Tempe, Biodesign Institute and will be for some 6 months or more. If you're in the area, let's have a coffee and talk.

A good opportunity to do so would be the upcoming "forbidding science" conference, January 12-13 at our law faculty at ASU, featuring Leon Kass, Nick Bostrom et al, so it sounds like some fun. Best of all, it's free.

Another good opportunity would have been Dr. Aubrey de Grey's talk last week here at the University of Arizona. There will be others :)

Are you by any chance going to the Singularity Summit at Stanford on May 13?

I was in Tucson (I'm the guy doing work in Phoenix Aubrey mentioned Kent is helping) and I will quite probably be at the SS too. I will certainly be at HETHR in Stanford later in May.

nuzz, you should come by. If not for the event alone, for the people who will be around during. What part of Arizona are you in?

PS: We will provide transportation to/from AGE for whomever needs it, or for those who just want to roll in our Honda. ;)
