(yes, I would consider a professional scientist to fit that category)

Per his own words in an interview for a Syracuse paper,

Kelsey has a BA in Psychology, BS in Cellular Biochemistry, and an MBA.

I am not aware of any peer reviewed papers he has published regarding toxicity of novel compounds in Olive oil exposed to UV radiation. Or any peer reviewed papers. Scientist might be a stretch, based upon the nothing burger of evidence supplied.

Faced with a potential lawsuit by SV, I doubt Kmoody will come back to report here.

Only downside for him to do so.

I doubt a peer-reviewed publication would materialize either.

Basically, he threw that claim in the air and disappeared without any chance for us to review his methodology and findings.

The only way I can foresee that we ever get a glimpse of the data is if that lawsuit does not end in settlement with non-disclosure stipulations but in an outright judgement/decision.

Exactly -- aspersions, and no data -- crap science

Looks like Clif High, a youtube influencer who started pushing c60 about two years ago, recently (7 months ago) had a tumour removed.

Coincidence or causal?

Coincidence it takes decades to develop a tumor, he even said he had it at least 2 decades undetected

The reference for this statement is in this video where Clif admits he had a cancerous tumour removed:

So, what happened? I assume no one came up with anything on this cancer causing thing?

I haven't logged in in over a year, and don't intend to do so with any particular regularity, so I thought I should make the most of my small contribution. I'm now 45. Back in 4/2019, I had a 1.5-tesla MRI of the abdomen with and without contrast (for vascular imaging enhancement). The goal was to verify that, having experienced several symptoms of pancreatic cancer starting in 2013, that there still was no tumor. This relates to C60 because I've taken literally hundreds of teaspoons of the stuff since 2014, in one case, downing 50 mL of c60oo in a matter of minutes. I've also taken about a liter of Turnbuckle's c60mct, at up to 4 teaspoons every other day, spread out over 2017 and 2018. The MCT variety wasn't even filtered, so I've ingested a fair amount of black C60 aggregates, dense enough to be clearly visible at the bottom of the bottle. What has this done to me? Well, as compared to the same type of scan taken prior to my experimentation with any form of C60, the only news is that I now have some tiny renal cortical cysts and tiny liver cysts. (My preexisting big liver cyst, measuring several mm in diameter, is still there.) If I recall, these new tiny ones would be consistent with the studies showing that rats fed massive amounts of C60 aggregates developed some sort of noncancerous renal pathology. In any event, there is no indication of cancer despite my history of digestive issues and previous diagnosis of dyspepsia based on endoscopic evidence. I've also alternated between high fat, moderate protein, low carb; and high carb, moderate fat, low protein; every few months for a couple years now. (I think both suppress mTOR, and I've finally settled on the latter, but that's a whole other discussion.) To top it all off, in 10/2018, I also obtained bone marrow stem cell therapy, in which about 400 mL of my own bone marrow was reinjected into my blood vessels during the same procedure. And yet, there is no tumor in evidence. If one shows up tomorrow, frankly, I don't regret having conducted this otherwise fruitful experiment, and having had the opportunity to contribute a bit more data to the analysis.

I have been emailing SES to better understand their production process, see below. Sounds to me the oil age will vary between 4 months to 11 months + shipping from harvest. I'm too lazy to mix my own so i've been reviewing online vendors.

SES:

The  ESS60 in Olive OIl is the best selling product in our line up of products and each batch once completed its production run close out typical close out with 4-5 weeks.  As for our manufacture processes, the equipment that is used are pressurized  stainless steel tanks that hold 100's of liters of the oil which by design do not admit light into the tanks.
We do not used any heat or sonification during on mixing process.   That is a big no, no  for us.  In fact some of our mixing  tanks are design with a double wall construction so that we can water cool the oil.   One thing that people do not know that an un-open bottle or barrel of Oil Olive is good for many years.  The typical shelf life of the Olive oil is 3 years and it is a yearly seasonal crop, so  the oil that we purchase is no older 2 to 9 months old.
Lastly once we get the Oil’s on our facility it usually goes into product within 2-3 weeks.
Oh one more thing, if you wonder if a Oil goes through sonification process;  you can just smell the strong electrical burn odor to it.

I don't understand how someone could take something so expensive, like purified c60, and do this to it.

Have you smelled c60 OO, made through sonication, which smells like this?

I think think this is extremely valuable information, and makes me comfortable with my manufacturing techniques for producing c60 olive oil.

So, is it safe to say, there is no indication of anyone developing cancer from taking commercially available c60 EVOO, despite the smell?

I usually judge it by the burn you get in the back of your throat, from high quality EVOO.

I wonder if part of the benefit is from the EVOO, not the C60.

Maybe they don't know or the mistake has already been made and it's damage control time.

Sometimes things just become agreed standards and no one questions them, however absurd.

Apparently that only judges the "sonification" process?

Yes, that's the perennial debate.  But the amount also matters.  People can get more olive oil from lazy-adherence to a Mediterrean diet, but the question is, do we see as great a benefit from that as C60?

When I referred to the burn in the back of the throat, I was was referring to the fact that we have some receptors in the back of our throats that react to high quality EVOO with a burning sensation.

A thought I had while reading through the thread.

Am I correct that SV is a fairly large company? Why not do a marketing stunt where they/you buy a dozen or so mice/rats and live-stream their lives through the internet. You can mix your product into their food and that will confirm if it improves their lifespan or they all burst into flames. This will put everyone at ease and prove that the SV C60 is solid.
