Hello my friends. I am here to ask you your opinion on my endeavors of Calorie restriction as well as the fasting I do daily with it.

First of all, I cannot seem to find a definite answer on whether or not doing low methionine Aka low protein, liw carb and high fat is good or not for CR.

Let me outline my efforts.

I am 24.75 years old on the dot. I am only 145 pounds and 5 feet five inches. I also am a male.

My daily diet which I Very much enjoy is the following.

One can of tomato paste,
15 ounces of spinach raw daily
3 tablespoons of thoroughly chewed flax
85 grams of frozen brocolli
1 tablespoon of extra virgin coc. oil
1 black skin hass avocado whole
15 grams of raw almobds per day (half FDA)
150 grams of raw red bell peppers
2 grams of high quality fish oil
4 cups of green tea daily
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil for tomato paste lycopene absorption
......

Yielding a total of 1050 calories daily. So I am restricting my calories faiely heavily...

45 grams of protein (staying low in methionine of course)
82.6 grams of crabs and 40 of those are fiber
And 68.2 grans of fat.

What should I change? Is this too much restriction in terms of the number of calories daily?

Are my ratios pro aging rather than anti?

Is intermittent fasting daily a good idea with this?

Or... am I actually doing a good job?

Supplements include 12 mg astaxanthin. 20 mg lutein. 480 mg polypodium leucotomos, 5 grams MSM, 2 grams vitamin C daily. And dosing 3.5 mg C60 once a week
