Hello all. I still follow a raw caloric restriction diet as well as being very low in methionine and I also do excercise and intermittently fast for 18 hours at a time everyday. Meaning I eat all of my calories within a 6 hour window each day, then reset.

I was wondering if doing these things is better than or at least more reliable than putting my faith into substances such as TA 65 or meta curcumin?

Because I kniw I am doing a decrnt job in antiaging so far with this protocol and diet, but do not know if I should be worried about adding any of the other things?

I do also use l carnosine abd green tea for glycation. I am unsure if my super high dose of astaxanthin at 12mg a day tampers with autophagy though?

Thanks everyone. I appreciate it.

I have read that too many antioxidants can counter the effect of autophagy ehich is something I would like to avoid of course.
