I've had high blood pressure for most of my life. Now, at the age of 40, I am going on bp medication to get my numbers within normal range. With that said, I am sure there has been some damage to the walls of my arteries over the years due to long term high bp. My question is, is there a list of supplements I could take to repair arterial walls? The only thing Ive found from online searching is potentially collagen.

Thank you

The most important thing you can do is adopt a primarily plant based diet - as close to vegan as you can comfortably get. (You will need to supplement with B12 and Omega 3).

Beyond that, some of the following compounds may be worth investigating:

Quercetin
Myricetin
Olive Leaf Extract
CVH 15
Grapeseed extract
Pomegranate extract
GliSODin
Ubiquinol
Pycnogenol
Centellicum
Hawthorn Extract
Enzogenol® New Zealand pine bark
Nattokinase
Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7)
