I would be really interested to see other peoples blood work and possibly food diary +supplements what kind of measurements you get.
Unfortunately I have not keep strict food diary before the measurement but my plans are before the next blood work.
Anyway example with Omega3 fatty acids.
Bloodwork(% total fatty acids from plasma):
EPA 5.6 %
DHA 6.1 %
Omega3 to omega 6 ratio: 1:2.2
Daily I have taken:
Epa 1800mg
Dha 1200mg
Weekly:
About ten (10) Omega3 eggs.
Salmon 200g.
Random meat 4kg
Now I have decreased supplements and increased Eggs, Fish. I will report when I go to get my next blood work...
