I've been using whole milk but I feel like I'm drinking too much. Is there any source of fat I can use that will go well in shake?

Active shake is 14oz whole milk - 281.25 calories, 15g fat, 20g carbs, 15g protein, 1 scoop jarrow whey protein, 94 calories, 18g protein, infrequently two scoops of chocolate malt powder - 40 calories, 9g carbs, and occasionally 2/3 cups of maltodextrin, 250 calories, 63g carbs. I will sometimes drink more milk throughout the day up to .5 gallons. I don't think this is good. I cannot think of any other types of liquid I could use for a shake that have fat besides this.

I personally use coconut/rice milk from a Spanish company. Has sugar and fat, but at least it tastes good.

If you're worried about lactose, get a form of whey that has very little. I currently use one that has 3g sugar/lactose in 100g (it's called Native Whey 95).

Why would you have fats in it, if I may ask?
