Hello guys. I was battling with insomnia about four days ago. I had only had 3 hours of sleep (woke up at 1 am). Wanted to reset my entire circadian rhythm so I said screw this I am staying up until 12 pm today, and then going to go play basketball at my college gym from 12 pm to about 10 pm (I was pissed and tired of my screwy sleep schedule and needed this to wear me the heck out). So I got home around 11pm meaning I had played about ten hours of full court basketball and had been up close to 21 hours or so, and then went to sleep. When I had gotten there though, I began sweating so I washed off my sunscreen with the available soap there which definitely gave me a bit of inflammation on my face (small amounts and episodes), throughout the day of play. Could not see the inflammation but could feel it here and there. Now days later, my genetic Malar edema, seems to be 50% more apparent, and I am wondering if this high amount of stress ended up aging me in a very acute way, or if, perhaps, I simply am seeing residual effects of inflammation from the soap I had used that day. I am hoping it is residual inflammation and that I did not just induce a considerable amount of aging in my undereyes, (But I suppose such high amounts of superfluous stress could induce sudden aging). Thanks guys, and if there is a hunch that I did induce the sudden onset of aging, I certainly will never do something like this again.

You're not considerably aging in 4 days, stop making yourself crazy. Maybe you're dehydrated or your skin is a bit inflamed, it will get better soon most likely. I recommend you to use different methods for resetting your sleep cycle though, google f.lux and try to keep lights (also in your room) very dimmed at night and bright in the morning.
