I've run the fasting mimicking diet several times (at least 5 I think).

If you have any questions about the day to day running of it, you can direct questions my way.

I am not into the super technical data as much but I have some handle on that, as well.

What was your dietary pattern over the fasting mimicking days?

I'm pretty into intermittent fasting, so it was pretty simple for me to add that on top of the FMD. So I at one larger meal that satisfied the criteria of the study. It was surprisingly filling.

Nowadays, I adhere pretty closely to the plan laid out here (scroll down to the "The Nutritional Criteria" section in the link) with some gynostemma tea thrown in for good measure. I do this because a shelf stable version is nice for traveling, shipping, etc. We currently sell it at my company.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
