Hello,

A while back I worked in a Lab cultivating Keratinocyte cells. Initially I was immortilizing the cells with a complicated process of irradiatiated fibroblasts, however upon reading some new papers found that other Labs had achieved immortilization using only the ROCK inhibitor Y-27632. My Lab granted trials of the drug and it worked amazingly well. It would immortilize Keratinocyte stem cells for much longer than usually possible.

It has been 2 years since then, has there been any interest here to this compound?
