Now Foods is usually cheap garbage.

I usually take Resveracel from Thorne Research, which is a very neat stack. It contains low-dose resveratrol, nicotinamide riboside, quercetin and betaine.

For a higher resveratrol dosage I like Biotivia. Of course these are expensive supps but IMHO they are worth it. I combine a low dose of them with red wine intake (I am lucky to manufacture my own red wine ^^).

If it is from japanese knotweed, and high dose recommend high purity so as to get low emodin content.

50% high dose trans resveratrol from knotweed has too much emodin.

Lower doses, 50% should be fine.   But high dose definitely needs the purity.

I have not felt anything from taking the recommended dose of Resveracel.

Do you think the one by Biotivia is much better?
