Hi all - my first post, so have mercy...

I'm 51 and play a lot of sports.  I had a friend recommend Sermorelin as a peptide to help boost HGH naturally, allowing me to recover better.  I tried it and like it, but did some research on peptides, and now I go back and forth with Mod GRF and a Mod GRF/Ipamorelin mix of peptides, which I take Subq.  Over time, I've found these peptides to be a great help.

I was reading on my peptide supplier's website about AHK (Tripeptide-3) and the story seemed so impressive that I decided to buy a 200mg vial of the white powder.  It comes with a Bac water.  Now I'm wondering about dosage and reconstitution.  I can't seem to find any information on the web.  Anyone have any knowledge on this?  Subq or SubL?  Dosage?

Any feedback would be great.  Thanks!

Al

AHK is shown to be more effective with hair growth.
