Anyone heard of Fauja Singh? I came across him a few years ago on a BBC documentary where he completed the London Marathon. Looks like the guy is still going strong at 106 years of age! He attributes a few things to his longevity: vegetarian diet, small portions (half normal portions), exercise, not smoking, not drinking, and faith.
