After taking Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) for about 2 weeks my already low total testosterone decreased from 4.43 µg/L (443 ng/dL) to 3.33 µg/l (333 ng/dL).

 

It was 100 mg per day, it was part of the Now Foods Iron Complex, so I didn't put much attention to it, although I found sources that it's estrogenic.

Wouldn't assume to much from just 2 times measured testosterone. Hormone levels do fluctuate and just total testosterone alone says little of other relevant hormones, such as free testosterone, estrogene, SHBG..
