My local health food store started carrying this stuff. I like it. Just thought someone might be interested in it considering all the sweetener debates.

It sounds pretty good. Someone has research on the two first ingredients? Third one is Xylitol and at low doses doesnt have sides.

I'm pretty familiar with inulin, and it's good stuff, if you can handle it. Some people get GI distress. Tagatose is the one I don't know all that much about.
