Anyone know why I might have been locked out of replying to a thread that I started out?

When I tried to reply to a recent comment, the reply box on the upper right of the screen reported

that I was not allowed to reply to this thread. Yet, I have made numerous posts to it over the last many months.

I knew that you wouldn't be in on the fix.

 

Maybe this is a conspiracy or something?

Not talking about the approaching Genetic Singularity will not make it go away!

this is a bug related to tags. delete some tags if you see this happening again (in this case it was 'genetic engineering')
