I was wondering if its safe to take ashwagandha and Curcumin?

Or is that too strong and can cause Serotonin Syndromes
?

I was thinking about taking Aswhagandha in the morning the Jarrow brand and the Curcumin at night from life extension

Yeah, I have thought of taking them both as well.  I currently only take ashwagandha.

Yes.

I do take both, and that’s even on top of taking serotonergic amitriptyline.
