I think we've had discussions about increasing endogenous Klotho and I believe there are some supplements that might help in that area.
As far as exogenous Klotho, I think you'd want to look at some sort of liposomal encapsulation as directly consuming Klotho protein would surely only result in it being digested. And periodic IV injections of the stuff are hard to manage until is is an officially sanctioned treatment.
How obtainable is Klotho and can we get anyone to encapsulate it for us?

Important Important Important..Klotho gene could be tested for via third party websites (such as Promethease).
For those who aren't lucky enough to have one or both of those aspects of the genes turned on:
Some supplements and drugs that improve endogenous klotho:
Activated d3
Resveratrol
Astragalus - interesting that astragalus and resveratrol both increase klotho, considering the general consensus that they should be taken many hours apart for optimizing telomere length.
Statins
I would be down for an encapsulated Klotho group buy.

I think before I started supplementing with klotho, I'd want to understand what exogenous klotho does to the production of endogenous klotho. Is there a klotho feedback mechanism and how does it work?
You'd hate to crash endogenous production by exogenous supplementation.

If down regulation is an issue I would think that you'd most likely go back to baseline after discontinuing KL supplementation.
I would give it a try but I don't know if encapsulating the KL would ensure absorption... maybe a chemist would like to chime in?

I take klotho and I find it very impressive. The cognitive nootropic effect is very noticeable and it gives me the focus and concentration of fish oil or a racetam with an extra boost of energy. It feels unique though. I take half of a trillionth of gram, which is shocking that anything in that amount can do anything g but it does. Steve perry, the gsf11 guru has a great write up about it. Just google it
