Hi,
I am considering 2 products:
https://www.biotivia...duct/mitotrans/ (extracellular NAD+)
and
http://alivebynature...nonucleotide-3/ (NMN)
Which one would you go for and why?
Thanks a lot

The Biotiva offering is interesting.
But even if the protective coating does indeed allow the NAD+ to make it thru the digestive process intact, you end up with NAD+ in the blood and liver.
I don't see how that would be any more advantageous than NAM, NA, Tryptophan, NR, or other precursors that are very effective at elevating NAD+ in the liver.
Elevating NAD+ in the liver is not difficult, but likely has limited benefits compared to elevating NAD+ in other tissues throughout the body, which is where NR and NMN seem to be much more effective.

So you created a new thread under NR for NAD+ and you leave out NR as an option? NR is the only NAD+ precursor that has many
human clinical trials to back it up. NMN has mice data, but no human clinical trials. There is also no clinical trials on NAD+ supplementation.
NMN is a much less efficient NAD+ precursor because it needs to convert to NR outside cells first before entering cells. This conversion is
not efficient. Most of the NMN you take are flushed out in your urine.
