Minor phenibut withdrawal (2wks)

casmira's Photo casmira 13 Jun 2013

I decided to cut phenibut, Ive taken it for about two weeks straight and dont want to touch taht shit anymore. I have exams coming up which I'm pretty confident for, should I take a racetam like piracetam or aniracetam to help me concentrate studying? I exercise frequently as well I go gym usually 4-5 times a week.

I am on day 2 of no phenibut I feel alright, bit numb

You'll be fine by day 5. Maybe a little anxiety left but most likely back to normal. By day 6 you'll feel better than you did before you started phenibut. Sometimes in my case at least the withdrawal sucks but once its over I have extra energy for a few days after. Maybe due to some excess glutamate or dopamine or something. Not sure but You'll be ok... Piracetam would work best for you during exams.. Not sure why you are asking though its subjective.. Whatever one works better for you would be the one you would take. Seems obvious. I don't want to sound like an ass but I don't think you needed to make a thread for this but just sharing my experience anyway. Caffiene tolerance seems to go way down after phenibut withdrawal period also so for exams Piracetam and low dose caffiene would be good being careful to make sure you have sugar, healthy sugar like apples and bananas so avoid sugar crash when caffiene wears off. Caffiene spikes blood sugars big time.. Just rambingling here. Take what you want.
