I am very interested in any information or thoughts anyone might have on the effects of Calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) on wrinkles, facial aging, collagen formation, bone density and so on. I am interested in whether inhibiting or blocking CGRP would accelerate facial aging though loss of bone density, poorer collagen formation, reduction in IGF-1 and so on.
