Personally I do not pay (especially not $24.95) for raspberries and blackberries. They grow wild, you just have to get 'em before everybody else does. If you don't have time to go berrying, outsource the work to your kid brother/sister.

Anybody got a UK/EU source for this? Would probably end up being paying more in customs duty and shipping tax than for the berries otherwise.
I think it's best to go to store and buy whole frozen berries. I got hooked up on blueberries and blackberries lately. I buy 700gr blueberries and 800 gr blackberries and mix it while still frozen and then eat about 100-200gr of this daily. 700gr frozen blueberries cost about 4 EUR here.

Wow! you'd pay that much for a 3-5 oz tub most of the time over here.

i ordered a bunch of freeze dried stuff from emergencyessentials.com once.. it was yummy. has anyone seen a site that has freeze dried berries that are organic? also, what are the pros and cons of eating berry powder in a shake vs. concentrate?
Dude, Alex: are you seriously all out on these berries? Sounds wild! We have Trader Joe's -- that's where I get my berries. That's one of my favorite stores!

That's like super expensive then? Frozen wild/forest blackberries are even cheaper, around 4 EUR per KG. Though selection of healthy food is somewhat limited compared to what you can get in US
Man I love living in a "cheap" country

Local stores Both blueberries and blackberries are from local companies grown in my country. If you're in southeast europe it sells by brand "Friko" so you might be able to find it

I am in Italy and (fresh) berries are not cheap here, but strawberries. I have to look into big supermarkets for freezed ones.
I've found some belgian product, it's mix of strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, black and red currants about same amount of each. It's made by Ardo, Belgium and 300gr pack costs 1.3 EUR here.
