I bought this but im not sure what to make of it? Any experts can help me understand this better? Does my body have problems with detoxification?
What supplements should I take?
NAC and l-methylfolate or 5-MTHF(same thing?)? , vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 ?SAMe ?TMG?
what else? please need opinions and help, What sort of folate should I take? its all these different names for it confusing me..
The intake levels of folate, vitamin B12 (cobalamin) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxal phosphate) affect the levels of homocysteine in the blood.
methyl-vitamin B12 (methyl-cobalamin), the bioavailable form vitamin B12, instead of the usual vitamin B12. This will make the access to vitamin B12 for your body easier.
heres my report all the supplements they encourage me to take (based on the RED genes only)
NAC, vitamin B2, vitamin b3, vitamin b5, molybdenum, Hydroxy B12 (hydroxycobalamin), Phosphatidylcholine,Omega-3 fatty acids,Leucine, Magnesium,Chromium, Vanadium,Phosphatidylserine,Vitamin K,Vitamin E in tocotrienol form, Manganese
should I start with
NAC,Hydroxy B12 (hydroxycobalamin), Phosphatidylcholine , fish oil,Vitamin K, Vitamin E in tocotrienol form, Manganese ?
skip these?
Whey,Fiber,Coffee,ketogenic diet

I think my glutathione genes are messed up.
http://www.immunehea...deficiency.html
These genes regulate the production and activity of glutathione enzymes and affect metabolism of cysteine, folate and B vitamins – these enzymes and glutathione cofactors regulate how much glutathione the body is able to
how to raise glutathione

If you have variants on SNP's SHMT, CTN, GSTP1 or GSTM1 deletion it could be very difficult for you to make glutathione, which is the case for me and supplementation has been a lifesaver.
However, make sure you take a Glutathione recycler because it becomes a free radical when it neutralizes other free radicals. I take NADH with it.

question about the half life of glutathione, all forms have very short half life, after the half life is done does it just stop working?.... Do I have to dose it once or multiple times a day or wat

Mitochondria are the batteries that supply power to your body. As you age, the number of performance of mitochondria you have in your cells decreases, reducing your health and longevity. PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone) is one compound, often found in mitochondrial support supplements, that enhances the formation of new mitochondria and increases cellular energy production.
