Currently taking 60mg Vyvanse(=to 24mg amphetamine) in the morning and around 20-30mg IR Adderall in the afternoon. Goal is to reduce amphetamine tolerance and taper my doses down.

Just took 5mg sublingual. I’ll stick with 5mg for 10-14 days since it builds up and increase the dose to 10mg if need be.

 I recommend using stimulants as little as possible, you want your dependence on it to be a minimum. So use holistic means in tandem with  it, will more than likely placate your needs.
