Gastrodia elata, Liriope platyphylla, Dimocarpus longan, and Salvia miltiorrhiza. Some of this herbs can be obtained from reputable weltern sources. I have been interested in Dimocarpus longan for quite a long time, but I haven't found any good source.

I have a theory I think that people of the asian race have less GABA because they usually have this intestine look in their eyes and that could be part with how it helps with higher IQ. And I think black race has too much CB1 / or gaba. And caucasians fall in the middle. I think asians experience more anxiety perhaps and black people are usually more calmer. But im I could probably be wrong. could be total different neurontransmitters or nothing at all. Maybe the immune system? Asians are more mixed so they have weaker immune system more anxiety higher iq?

Sorry, what's the active ingredient in Dimocarpus?  Or what do we know about it?  I find this intriguing
