Fisetin cycle + exercise question

Hello, if I am understanding everything I have read, it seems that Fistein could cause poor wound healing/bleeding. I am getting ready to hit a 4 day cycle and I am wondering, should I stop exercising during the cycle? If so, how long after the cycle, before I can resume?
