supplements that make OCD worse?

Have you ever used anything that made OCD worse? My current combination seems to be having this effect but I'm not sure what it could be. Vitamin C 500mg, one activated B complex, iodine, manuka honey, b12, 100mg magnesium glycinate

Then I've been eating a lot of salmon recently too maybe that has a part?
