Princeton suggest, curcumin 95(Jarrow) , I like the new LEF formulation, curcumin elite.

Natural factors has few formulations of quercetin.

There's a lot of environmental causes of cancer.  Mitigating EMF is important, but there are so many chemicals that you can be exposed to that increase cancer risk.  A lot of them are of workplace related of course.
 
But in general, we should be trying to minimize exposure to things like benzene, benzidine, asbestos, cadmium, nickel, arsenic, radon, vinyl chloride.  Also, genetic screening, while still in its infancy can offer valuable information.  Check for things like the BRCA genes, and adjust screening frequency if possible.  I found out I'm more susceptible to benzene, so I'm taking better care at gas stations, and am saving up for an electric car.  :-D

It's human nature to believe cancer prevention must involve elaborate combinations of a Spartan diet, daily strenuous exercise, and magical supplements, but cancer free longevity may be easier than we think.

I also stand with Dorian since long on his iron considerations triggering my little but but so far good experimentation with IP6 (dietary phytate) as iron chelator. Not a coincidence LEF lists it as anti-cancer in its Disease Prevention & Treatment book (p. 304 of the 5th edition). Also there is recent and tantalizing research on haem metabolism and aging:

When on nutrition, I think it is important to monitor the free fatty acid (FFA) profile which gives a pretty good picture of your dietary trends and is not really expensive to do.

You get a breakdown of all FFA. You can look a pro-inflammatory (often, but not always-see GLA, omega-6) and anti-inflammatory FFA (e.g. omega-3) with ratios which have clinical relevance. And we know how cancer is linked to inflammation! Something I am looking recently is omega-6 linoleic acid (do not confuse with linolenic) which is not carcinogen but is linked to tumor growth promotion: “…There is no direct evidence that linoleic acid is a carcinogen. There is, however, compelling evidence that in some species and under some conditions linoleic acid can act as a promoter of tumor growth…” (https://pubmed.ncbi....h.gov/28531128/).

Thomas Levy believes excess calcium in cells is a big cause of cancer

As far as lectins go, I think that would depend on age. Lectins and one's sensitivity to them can, from what I've read, be used in a senolytic or anticancer manner and may themselves play a role in preventing cancer from taking hold. So a little bit of gut hurt and headaches from infrequent, though not chronic or low grade, exposure can kill cancer. I've been thinking that swapping out my lectin sensitivity gene for the more convenient variant might be desirable at some point, but given how it works in the landscape of my genetics, I would have to make other anticancer improvements in order to achieve a net zero or better cancer risk.

Good finding. It is why after several free fatty acid (FFA) panel results I try to keep in check palmitic acid in particular limiting dairy (already low in red meat) and cacao, both rich in this FFA. I find it hard though... Very interesting the point on the CD36 inhibition.
