The need for cycling ?

Hi,

In my late 40's, and in an effort to keep my NAD+ levels at optimum, I'm taking a bunch of things daily  including a NAD+ precursor, NAMPT and AMPK activators and CD38 and NNMT inhibitors. But I was just wondering if cycling these, for example 5 days on / 2 days off, could possibly prevent adaptation, while at the same time not diminishing any benefits. I personally thinks so but would like your opinions on this. I feel that taking 2 days off per week (rather than just 1) might be more effective at preventing possible homeostasis, while likely still keeping good progress going. What do you think?

Thanks,

Dan
