LONGECITY

Hi guys, I wondered if you could give me some opinions.  I've tried a couple of NMN suppliers, with similar effects, over the last 2 months.  The last was Renue.  Basically the visible skin anti-aging was pretty rapid - day or two - but both times I found I was increasingly getting stiff/sore leg muscles and a few various body joints.  After some research I found a) other people have similar reactions to NMN and b) symptomatically it appeared somewhat like a high histamine reaction.  I took 500mg Quercetin and 500mg of Methionine at lunchtime and by the evening I felt really cold and really pale/washed out.  Overnight I was alternating sweaty and cold, but today I feel a lot better, although I'm not planning on taking NMN.  I was just wondering if this seems like high histamine or, in fact, low.  The cold feeling would imply low and I read something about NMN lowering certain histamines and raising others.  Is it possible the NMN has been helping my body deal with a virus, that resulted in a minor fever last night?  Although I haven't read anything about this effect with NMN>
