Long covid brain injury treatments - NAC +...

Hello,
It's been a long time since I've visited Longecity, but there are a lot of experienced brain hackers here so I'm asking if anyone knows anything about: treating long COVID-19 with guanfacine (prescription for ADD and also something else) along with NAC, or red + NIR light, or anything else.
Based on my long ago experience with NSI-189, that is probably a possibility too, just not obtainable. The recurrence of COVID-19 is causing symptoms like brain damage, and emerging reports from people who are experiencing those symptoms are alarming. I just want my brain and nervous system back.
