Best Deodorant

I picked up some deodorant a few months ago and I have been scared to use it since it contains Aluminum Zircronium and I heard bad stuff about that compound. Is there anything wrong with Aluminum Zircronium or was that just an internet rumor? In either case, what is the healthiest deodorant for a male to use?
