SAM-E blister backs.

OneScrewLoose's Photo OneScrewLoose 28 Nov 2008

I noticed that almost all brands of SAM-E come in a blister pack, supposedly because it's unstable. Usually when I get something like this I like to empty them all out into a bottle, cause it's more convenient. Should I not do this with the SAM-E?
