Can anyone here interpret an MRI of the head?

I have had an MRI, and CT Scan done of the head. Is anyone able to help me interpret and understand some of the images?

I was diagnosed with lymes disease and have dozens of symptoms so I'm trying to understand things a little better, and see what abnormalities (if any) there are on the MRI.
