Can anyone recommend a good book or author on Nootropics and/or Nutraceuticals?

There aren't really any current good books out there it seems. Smart Drugs 1 and Smart Drugs 2 came out years ago (ealy '90's) by CERI (Cognitive Enhancement Research Institute); a company that used to have news letters that came out on a regular basis dealing with many of the topics we talk about on this forum.

I haven't ordered the books, but last year I backordered a "nootropic packet" from the CERI website (ordered for instant online viewing or by ordering physical copies), which was mainly a bunch of old news letters that dealt with alot of basic info. Keep in mind this sort of thing was how people kept up on nootropics before everyone started using the internet.

I wish someone would release a current good nootropic guide.

I realize this is a very old thread but if anyone is still interested in a book on nootropics, you may want to check out the one I released last week. It's the first authoritative book on nootropics written since Smart Drugs 2. More about this 600-page book "Head First - The Complete Guide to Healing and Optimizing Your Brain with Nootropic Supplements" here: https://nootropicsex...com/head-first/

You are most welcome pamojja. You can download that list for free if you like. It's included in "Secrets of the Optimized Brain". You'll find it at the end of each post on NootropicsExpert.com.
