Neurotransmitter testing

I've recently found out that an actual test for imbalance of neurotransmitters is available. Does anyone has any experience with it? How reliable are the results?

I'm fascinated by this concept too. As an engineer, I prefer science-based quantitative measurements whenever possible.
At this point I cannot tell whether neurotransmitter testing is myth or science...
I would appreciate opinions and comments from other imminst members.
I found some providers offering neurotransmitter testing and various therapies based on such testing. It appears that the target market is mainly chiropractic and naturapathic practitioners
Neuroscience, Inc. is one of the big players in this area. This company offers neurotransmitter testing. They also sell supplements

The founder and CEO of Neuroscience is Gottfried Kellerman, Phd.
Another source of neurotransmitter testing (and supplements) is NeuroResearch Clinics, Inc.

http://www.chknutrition.com/
The founder and CEO of NeuroResearch Clinics, Inc. is Dr. Marty Hinz, MD
The following paper describes Dr. Hinz "Bundle Damage Theory" of mental illness:

NeuroResearch Clinics is associated with the following lab which does the actual neurotransmitter testing:

Here is an article about DBS labs (not sure who wrote it)

Apparently Kellerman and Hinz were colleagues and business partners at one time, but they had a major falling out:

And while this may be completely off-topic, Dr. Kellerman was convicted of defrauding the US Govt. and is being deported back to Germany:

So, my question is: How much legitimate science is behind these two companies? Are they credible, or just out to sell tests and supplements and make lots of money?
