do we still need to restrict this forum?

I suppose most of the secret stuff has now been dealt with.
Transparency in planning and getting community feedback create their own 'buzz' and make people feel greater ownership of the event.
Could you let me know if there are any objections to making this forum viewable, at least to Members?
Also - I have not seen you liaise at all with the editors who have created a conference page on Drupal. Could you swing by that thread: http://www.imminst.o...ce-drupal-page/ ?

Not that I can think of at this moment.
However David might want to keep this topic confidential: http://www.imminst.o...38325-timeship/

Agreed on both counts.
It's fine to not restrict it, if you could kindly move that particular thread elsewhere.
Perhaps most sensible would just be to move the more relevant topics into the main events forum.
Thanks!
