Points for small contributions

Obviously, people should contribute because they want to share something, but there is also a small incentive in the form of '₮' points.
Giving and receiving reputation votes may give a few points instantly.
The following things will likely earn the contributor ₮ at the end of the month:
- contributing videos to the video archive
- contributing links to the link archive
- contributing images to the gallery
- posting in a blog
