I have heard Hemp oil could be useful in arthritis. I was wondering if any one could share their experience if they've noticed any benefits from it. Are there any side effects related to its use ?

Hemp oil is supposed to be helpful in adenocarcinoma, a form of lung cancer that is unrelated to smoking. For arthritis, it probably is at least as effective as EPA (fish oil), perhaps more so. This effect may be due to the omega-3 content.

I've not heard of side effects. I do find other things effective vis-a-vis osteoarthritis, which may be why I noticed no effectv with either EPA fish oil nor hemp-seed oil the one time I tried it. Hemp oil does taste delicious on salad, similar to walnut oil.

Thanks ! Is Hemp oil better than Flax oil ? Also, is it supposed to be good for skin and hair like Flax oil ?

I use Cannabis tincture for pain in knees and  arthritis in my worn thumb joints. I used indica (Wappa)  Put bud in a jar (about 3/4's full then add vegetable glycerin to fill) turn over every day for 90 days, then strain. 12 drops a day 1st week then 6 drops a day . After 1st week there should be no pain. Too weak a mixture to feel high.  My sister was told she needed a knee  an operation, did the above and no longer woke up in middle of night with pain.  Now skips a lot of days, not needing it.  I went out of country for 2 months and did not need it.  I  decarboxylate the tincture after I make it.  255F in oven for about 1 hour. It changes the THCA to THC.....which works better with the body.  This has to be done to kill cancer when using the cannabis oil also.

Alex we took the Cannabis Oil the way rick Simpson suggested.....sure beats chemo or radiation,  no hunger, just a tired feeling (lay down to heel) and 3 out of 7 days about 11 am she would feel goofy and joke around for about one hour.  Some people get used to the medicine and just feel tired....sure beats cancer.  We still use apricot kernels, go to cancer beaten naturally on facebook and see links there.
